Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you full command over your mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a new email box account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, create mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just choose the email account you want to forward mails from, then select the target email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
